Please allow up to 3-5 days for orders to ship on all items except strollers, car seats, trikes and furniture. Strollers and car seats can take up to 2 weeks to ship if not in stock. Furniture is taking an average of 4 months or more to receive for delivery. We will contact you in regards to your furniture order. Please keep in mind the delays in all delivery services right now. We can not guarantee shipping dates once orders are shipped. To avoid delays, select curbside/in store pick up. Please contact us with any questoins or concerns regarding your orders.
All returns must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase date on the receipt. Paper receipt, email and text receipts will be accepted in order to process your return. Returnable merchandise MUST be in the same selling condition as when it was first purchased, unworn, undamaged, saleable with all original tags and packaging. Altered apparel, special orders, personalized/monogrammed items are not returnable and are considered a final sale at the time of purchase. All furniture, strollers, and electronic items will be assessed a 20% restocking fee upon return. All other items returned with damaged packaging will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
Order & Pre Order Cancellations: All orders and preorders are considered a sale upon completion of payment. If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, there will be a 20% cancellation fee. We understand there are many circumstances as to why you may need to cancel, but we offer this as an alternative to store credit. Please be aware of any delays in shipping/delivery when placing an order, we are not responsible for any delays the manufacturers are experiencing.
Car Seats & Strollers: All car seats are final sale. Safety is our top priority and we are unable to accept any returns of car seats once they leave the store due to safety regulations. Strollers will be accepted as long as the box has not been opened and will incur a 20% restocking fee. Once a stroller has been opened, we are unable to return it for safety reasons. Any product issues will be covered under the manufacturer's current warranty.
Shipment Delays: Due to the current supply chain, raw materials, customs and shipping delays, the dates given are our best estimate provided by our manufacturers. Please know we will update you if we receive any delays to that estimate. Please understand that these estimated dates, are just an estimation of when your product is going to be available, but these can change. Any cancellation to your order once placed, will be assessed a 20% cancellation fee.
